Discrimination and the Banter Battle

When does innocent office banter, become a drawn out campaign of harassment? What are the employment law implications of this?

This seminar challenges delegates’ pre-conceived notions of what amounts to office banter and reviews what can happen if inappropriate behaviour is left unchecked and the scope this creates for costly employment law claims against the business.

In this regard the seminar seeks to review the law on discrimination and highlights what delegates can do to stamp out discrimination at source.
