Position:                   Administration/Secretarial Role

Department:             Probate

Location:                  Huddersfield Office

Responsible to:      Partner in Charge

Hours:                       Part time 20 hours per week over 4 or 5 days

Salary:                       £Negotiable dependent on experience

 

About the role

The firm seeks an experienced legal secretary to work in our busy Probate Department

 

Duties will include audio typing (through Big Hand) and copy typing of letters, memos and documents using SOS Management System. Other duties will include diary management, general administration and liaising with clients and professionals, either in person or via the telephone.

 

You should have excellent communication and keyboard skills, be a team player and able to prioritise the demands of your workload in a busy office environment.

 

Secretarial experience is required with Probate experience preferred.
