Fee Earner – Residential Conveyancing Department

Chadwick Lawrence is a leading local law firm with a successful and growing Residential Conveyancing Department seeking a Fee Earner to join the Team.

Position:                   Fee-earner Residential Conveyancing Department

Location:                  Guiseley and Halifax including options to join other sites

Responsible to:      Team Leader

Hours:                        Full-time 37½ hours per week

Salary:                       Competitive – negotiable dependent upon experience

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Conveyancing Fee Earner to work within our residential conveyancing team.

Working in all aspects of residential conveyancing work, including sale, purchase, freehold and leasehold work.  Applicants must be confident in dealing with their own high-volume caseload and working cohesively within a team, as well a being able to work with minimum supervision.  A working knowledge of SOS or other case management system to prepare and process letters and forms correctly is desirable.

The successful applicant will be required to generate revenue through business development and be able to demonstrate strong client management skills. This opportunity would be ideal for someone with over 3 years’ technical experience within residential conveyancing and who is proactive in approaching the local market and developing new business for the Firm.
