Experienced Fee Earner – Probate Department

Chadwick Lawrence is a leading local law firm with a successful and growing Probate Department seeking an experienced Fee Earner to join the Team.

Position:                               Experienced Fee Earner Probate Department

Location:                              Bradford        

Responsible:                      Partner in charge of the Department

Salary Details:                   Competitive £ negotiable dependent upon experience

Hours:                                    Full Time 37.5 hours per week

Chadwick Lawrence is recruiting for an experienced person to work in its Probate Department across various sites.

Candidates should be ambitious and enthusiastic with experience of working in a busy Probate Department with the opportunity for flexible hybrid working. Candidates should be capable of working with a degree of autonomy and possess the drive to succeed.  The Firm is offering an attractive benefits package with the possibility to progress and develop within the Firm.

The successful candidate will work on a range of private client matters including Wills, Lasting Power of Attorneys, Tax/Trust work and Probate. Applicants must demonstrate good team working skills and an ability to work with other probate fee earners within the Company.

The role also includes marketing of the firm’s services within the community and business generation.  The ability to network and create business contacts is essential.

The successful candidate must be personable, demonstrating good communications skills and be flexible in their approach to work.
