Chadwick Lawrence is a leading local law firm with a successful and growing Residential Conveyancing Department seeking Assistants to join the Team.

 

Position:                               Assistant Residential Conveyancing Department

Location:                              Various sites

Responsible to:                 Team Leader

Working hours:                 Full time 37.5 hours per week

Salary:                                   Competitive – negotiable dependent upon experience

 

Chadwick Lawrence is recruiting for experienced Conveyancing Assistants within its Conveyancing Department.

We are looking for hard working team players, who have a passion for client care, and those who are enthusiastic about working in a fast-paced environment. We are seeking candidates who are keen to learn and have a proven academic record. We have an excellent training programme to facilitate learning and career progression, so if you have a “can-do” positive attitude, and are open to a challenge, then we can give you the legal skills to succeed in this varied and rewarding role.

Candidates should be able to work as part of a team and support our experienced Conveyancers in everyday tasks such as dealing with general queries, assisting with completions, conducting searches, typing various letters, liaising with clients, solicitors, referrers, and estate agents

The successful applicant must be able to work on their own initiative and prioritise a busy workload.  Good communication skills are essential.  A working knowledge of SOS or other case management system is desirable but not essential.
