Start offers a great opportunity for you if you’re aged 19+ and looking for your first move into conveyancing. Our goal is to grow our 70-strong Real Estate Team and lead the future of the industry.

 

What are we looking for?

We are looking for enthusiastic, team focused, and proactive individuals to join our newly launched Real Estate Academy.

Are you looking to start your career in Real Estate, with a forward-thinking dynamic firm? If so, then this opportunity is for you.

You will undertake an intensive 8-week training course led by our dedicated in-house Training Manager, all with on-site, classroom-based learning. You will also gain an accredited Council for Licensed Conveyancers Level 2 Qualification, which will be funded by the firm. We will take you from perhaps never having seen legal documents, right through to leaving our Academy with a fully rounded knowledge of the Conveyancing process. This is a vibrant and exciting project, and after already running one successful intake this year, a further intake is planned for January 2023.

Upon successful completion of the Academy, you will then join one of our Real Estate or Re-mortgage Teams, where you will run your own caseload of transactions, supported by a personalised Learning and Development Plan, and regular meetings with your Team Leader to discuss your progress. We have 8 offices across West Yorkshire, and we are looking for team players in all sites.

The Academy is also suitable for Legal Assistants or Paralegals who wish to progress into a Fee Earning role within Real Estate or Re-mortgage.
