Lynda Brown

Lynda has been working at Chadwick Lawrence for 4½ years, having previously worked as a medical secretary and manager in the NHS.

She assists in the administration for the People & Culture Team, including entering information onto the HR software package, preparation of staff contracts, documentation and letters and preparation of induction paperwork for new starters.  Lynda has built up good contacts with staff across all departments within the firm.

Lynda also provides HR administration to other companies who have signed up for BoxHR support. Individual, tailored support packages are developed by the People & Culture Department to meet the requirements of each client.
