I would also like to say it was lovely to have met you too, after all the correspondence that has been exchanged between us over my dad’s application. A big thank you, for all your assistance, and keeping us updated with the progress, on how the application was going, we cannot thank you enough, for what has been a challenge and a difficult, few months, since we learned of my dad’s diagnosis, of Alzheimer’s, I would like say he is fine, as fine as he can be, with support from the carers. Thank you also for the (knitted hand warmer device), that’s what my mum calls it, as she has claimed it!
