Hours: 37.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday)

About the role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Office Administrator at our Morley office.
The successful candidate must have a professional attitude, demonstrate excellent communication and organisational skills and be able to show team working. Basic keyboard skills are essential along with a knowledge of computer systems including Microsoft Word and Outlook. Full in-house training will also be provided.
Duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Office opening/shutters etc
- Collection and drop off DX
- Sorting, scanning & distribution of post.
- Attending any walk-ins
- Co-ordinating of petty cash
- Ordering stationery for the office
- General enquiries and triaging of new matter enquiries
- Opening new files
- General Dictation
