Position: Remortgage Case Worker, Residential Conveyancing Department
Location: Wakefield/Bradford
Responsible to: Team Leader
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
What are we looking for?
An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Remortgage Case worker to work within the Real Estate team. Working in all aspects of Remortgage work including Transfers of Equity and Help to Buy Loan Repayments, applicants must be confident in dealing with their own high-volume caseload and working cohesively within a team, as well as being able to work with minimum supervision. A working knowledge of SOS or other case management system to prepare and process letters and forms correctly is desirable.
The successful applicant will be required to generate revenue through business development and be able to demonstrate strong client management skills. This opportunity would be ideal for someone with over 1 years’ technical experience within remortgage and who is proactive in approaching the local market and developing new business for the Firm.
