Responsible to: Partner in Charge
Hours: Full-time 37.5 hours per week
Salary: £ negotiable, dependent upon experience

About the role
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Property NQ Solicitor with up to 3 years’ PQE to work within our busy Property team. Candidates must have some experience of property law gained during their training, either commercial or residential.
The role will include working a wide range of commercial property transactional work for both local and national clients to include sales & purchases, refinancing, landlord & tenant work, acting either for landlord or tenant, together with acquisition and disposal of commercial and residential development land. You will also assist in larger scale projects including town centre regeneration projects
The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic and ambitious person who wants to develop their skills further through working on a wide range of quality instructions. You would be working closely with senior members of the team, providing support in all aspects including drafting/preparation of documentation, preparation of reports to clients, file administration and land registry applications.
Applicants should ideally possess the following skills and experience:
- Up to 3 years’ PQE, having had at least a seat in Commercial Property
- strong IT skills
- the high degree of initiative and the ability to manage your time and your workload effectively
- excellent communication skills and a desire to use these to promote the team and the firm both internally and externally
- a willingness to learn, to drive your own career progression and to be proactive in achieving this
- demonstrate a strong commercial and pragmatic approach
