New Build Sales Team – Conveyancer/ Assistant

Chadwick Lawrence is a leading local law firm with a successful and growing New Build Sales Department seeking an experienced Conveyancer or Assistant to join the team.

Position:              Assistant

Location:             Wakefield Office

Responsible to:  Head of Newbuild Sales (Flexible/hybrid working will be considered on completion of a successful probation period).

Hours:                   Full-time, 37½ hours per week

Salary:                   Competitive – negotiable dependent upon experience

An opportunity has arisen within the Commercial Property Department at our Wakefield office in our Newbuild Sales Team.  Dealing primarily with developers, new build sales and part exchange purchase and re-sales but from time to time to assist the Team with some residential conveyancing matters including sale, purchase, freehold and leasehold work.

Experience within residential conveyancing is desirable.
