Position: Legal Secretary, Litigation Department

Location: Leeds Office

Responsible to: Partner in charge

Hours: Full time, hours negotiable

Salary: £Negotiable dependent on experience

 

The firm seeks an experienced legal secretary to work in our busy Litigation Department.

Duties will include audio typing (through Big Hand) and copy typing of letters, memos and documents using SOS Case Management. Other duties will include diary management, general administration and liaising with clients and professionals, either in person or via the telephone.

You should have excellent communication and keyboard skills, be a team player and able to prioritise the demands of your workload in a busy office environment.
