I have used Chadwick Lawrence Solicitors previously for legal matters in relation to my own business, so when I was unable to convince a debtor that owed me a significant amount personally to settle and pay I decided to engage the services of Peter Harling.  We commenced the process in May 2021.  In March 2023 we received a partial settlement and payment.  The final settlement and payment was secured in September 2023.  Yes the process has been protracted, frustrating and challenging but Peter has been diligent, creative and tenacious in his pursuit of settlement and payment.  I quickly built rapport with Peter and he gave me excellent guidance and advice, and together we made joint decisions on how to proceed when objections and excuses were provided by the debtor.  Peter skilfully negotiated with both the debtor directly and their legal team.  The end result was exceptional and I’m so pleased we stood by the elongated process to achieve the settlements which were entered into and payments which were received.  I can highly recommend Peter and the Litigation, Resolution, and Recovery team at Chadwick Lawrence in projecting managing and resolving any issue which you may have including assisting you in recovering outstanding debts.
