Sophie Lister-Moor

Sophie graduated from the University of York in 2018 with a 2:1 in Law. She later joined a large regional firm in Leeds as a paralegal before returning to her roots in East Yorkshire to complete her training contract.

Sophie qualified as a solicitor in 2024 and joined the Corporate & Commercial team at Chadwick Lawrence in July 2025. She supports clients across a broad spectrum of transactional work, with a particular focus on acquisitions, disposals and corporate governance.

Outside of the office, Sophie enjoys staying active—whether that’s at the gym or a walk in the countryside—and is always on the lookout for her next travel destination.
