Jordan has over nine years of legal recoveries experience and has developed a strong reputation for delivering practical, results-driven solutions for both corporate and insurer clients. Since joining Chadwick Lawrence LLP in July 2025, he has specialised exclusively in motor claims recovery, managing a substantial caseload of pre-litigated and litigated recovery matters on behalf of some of the UK’s leading fleet management and leasing organisations.
His expertise covers all aspects of motor claims recovery, including liability investigations, uninsured loss recovery, credit hire disputes, vehicle damage claims, policy excess recoveries, commercial vehicle losses, and enforcement of judgments. Jordan regularly deals with claims involving insurers, third-party solicitors, corporate fleets and individual motorists, providing strategic advice from initial recovery through to court proceedings and settlement negotiations.
Jordan has extensive experience in litigation and regularly prepares claims for court, drafts witness evidence, liaises with advocates and insurers, and manages claims through to final hearing where appropriate. His proactive and commercially focused approach helps clients maximise recoveries while ensuring claims are progressed efficiently and cost-effectively.
Prior to specialising in motor claims, Jordan spent a number of years working in debt recovery and enforcement, developing valuable expertise in dispute resolution, judgment enforcement and recovery strategy.
