About the role
An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Conveyancer to work within the conveyancing team in our Guiseley office. Working in all aspects of residential conveyancing work, including sale, purchase, freehold and leasehold work, applicants must be confident in dealing with their own high-volume caseload and working cohesively within a team, as well as being able to work with minimum supervision. A working knowledge of SOS or other case management system to prepare and process letters and forms correctly is desirable.
We’re looking for an experienced conveyancing professional with expertise in leasehold transactions. You’ll handle a varied caseload of both freehold and leasehold sales, purchases and related matters. You will need to have the ability to review and report on leases, management packs, service charges, ground rent clauses, and complex leasehold structures.
The successful applicant will be required to generate revenue through business development and be able to demonstrate strong client management skills. This opportunity would be ideal for someone with over 3 years’ technical experience within residential conveyancing and who is proactive in approaching the local market and developing new business for the Firm.
