That’s why we’re proud to announce nine promotions across the firm, recognising the outstanding achievements, dedication and contribution of our team following a record year for the business.
The promotions span several key departments and reflect our continued investment in developing and retaining exceptional talent as we build on our sustained growth.
Recognising Talent Across the Firm
We’re delighted to announce the promotion of four new Salaried Partners:
Kiran Hamilton – Wills and Probate
Andrew Dickinson – Commercial Property and Dispute Resolution
Zoe Allen – Litigation
Kayleigh Needham – Conveyancing and Real Estate Team Manager
Collectively, these individuals bring almost 50 years of legal experience and have each made a significant contribution to the continued success of their teams and the firm.
We’re also pleased to celebrate the promotion of three new Associate Solicitors:
Ashley Mallett – Real Estate
Anu Simkhada-Best – Wills and Probate
Katie Solano – Commercial Property
In addition, Charlene Corkett, based in our Wakefield office, has been promoted to Senior Licensed Conveyancer, while Matt Perry has progressed to Senior Associate within our Acclaim Credit Management & Recovery team.
Each of these promotions reflects the commitment, expertise and professionalism our colleagues demonstrate every day in supporting our clients and contributing to the success of Chadwick Lawrence.
Building on a Record Year
These appointments follow a landmark year for the firm. In 2025, Chadwick Lawrence achieved record turnover of £18.1 million while growing to a team of more than 250 people across our network of offices throughout the North.
As we continue to grow, investing in our people remains central to our long-term success. Developing talent from within allows us to strengthen our specialist expertise while ensuring clients continue to receive the exceptional service and legal advice they expect from Chadwick Lawrence.
