Salary:                             £ Competitive salary – negotiable, dependent upon experience

Experience:                    5 years + PQE

About the role

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Solicitor to work within the Wills and Probate Team at our Darlington office.

The successful candidate will work on a range of private client matters including the Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, grant only probates, estate administration and tax/trust advice. Applicants must demonstrate good team working skills and an ability to work with other fee earners within the team.

Candidates should be ambitious and enthusiastic and have experience of working in a busy Probate Department, as well as the ability to work independently.

The role also includes marketing of the firm’s services within the community and business generation.  The ability to network and create business contacts is essential.

The successful candidate must be personable, demonstrating good communications skills and be flexible in their approach to work.
