Investing in training and support for the next generation of lawyers
Chadwick Lawrence Solicitors is continuing to invest in the development of its people, with 11 team members receiving training and funding support as they take the next steps in their legal careers.
The successful candidates are Sara Ali, Tom Coombes, Daniella Omoragie, Katie Smith, Ben Hess, Shayan Malik, Ethan Ward, Fran Whiting, Jess Goodwin, James Lockwood and Nadia Mohammed.
Representing a range of offices and departments across the firm, including Real Estate, Litigation, Regulatory and Crime, Employment, and Corporate and Commercial, the successful candidates will benefit from a mix of training programmes and funding opportunities.
The support will provide aspiring solicitors with structured, hands-on experience across the firm’s private and business services departments, helping them to develop the skills, knowledge and practical expertise needed to qualify and progress within the legal profession.
The latest round of training support forms part of our wider commitment to learning, career progression and talent retention. It follows a recent round of promotions, which saw nine colleagues progress to salaried partner and associate roles across the firm.
Alongside our qualification pathways, we continue to provide a range of opportunities to support colleagues in their professional and personal development. This includes skills development initiatives, a comprehensive wellbeing programme, two hours of paid wellness time for every colleague each week, and access to an in-house health portal.
Lisa Bailey, Head of People and Culture at Chadwick Lawrence, said:
“Investing in our people has always been central to our success. We are incredibly proud to support colleagues as they take the next step in their professional journeys, whether that be through the qualification route or a broader development programme.
“As a firm, we are committed to creating opportunities for talented individuals to develop rewarding and successful careers with us. Their success reflects the strength of the talent we have across the business and the supportive culture we have worked hard to create.”
