A joint event hosted by the Norths leading marketing, digital and creative recruiter, Met
Marketing and Chadwick Lawrence, the recent recipients of Yorkshire’s Employment
Department of the year.
During this breakfast seminar delegates will be offered practical tips on managing the recruitment process and steps employers can take to retain the best possible candidates.
We will explore the skills associated with interviewing candidates and how this can assist the selection
process. Particular attention will be given to the benefits of using a structured interview and competency based questions.
Finally we will examine the steps Employers can take to secure their chosen candidate and protect their
future interests, including the importance of well drafted employment contracts and the enforceability of restrictive covenants.
