Unfair Dismissal

At the outset, the seminar will offer a refresher to delegates as to the fair reasons for dismissal. The seminar will then concentrate on the practical
requirements of carrying out a preliminary investigation, together with guidance on how to avoid legal pitfalls. The seminar aims to instruct delegates as to a fair procedure to follow, how to properly identify areas of risk and responsibility for the chair of the meeting. To culminate the seminar will focus on the range of responses open to Company’s, from warning right through to summary dismissal.
