Phoebe is an Associate Solicitor specialising in employment law. She completed her MLaw degree at the University of Northumbria and qualified with the firm in 2021 before moving back to the North East and is now based in our Darlington Office.
She advises both commercial and individual clients across contentious and non-contentious employment matters by delivering pragmatic commercial employment law advice to businesses through the firm’s Box HR support package. This includes matters such as disciplinary and grievance procedures, sickness absence management, discrimination, and whistleblowing. Phoebe also supports clients through disputes and employment tribunal claims.
Phoebe assists the team to deliver seminars and training workshops to clients and contacts on the ever-changing employment law landscape.
Outside of work, Phoebe enjoys reading, dog walks in County Durham and Northumberland, and travelling, having studied abroad for part of her degree at Charles University in Prague.
