Shayan joined Chadwick Lawrence’s Corporate and Commercial team as a Trainee Paralegal in January 2025, having completed his LLB at Leeds Beckett University in 2024.
He is currently studying the LPC LLM, which he began in September 2025, and is due to commence his Training Contract with the firm in 2028. Shayan assists the team on a variety of corporate transactions and advisory matters, gaining experience across mergers and acquisitions and wider commercial matters.
