Sophie Lister-Moor

Sophie qualified as a solicitor in 2024 and joined the Corporate & Commercial team at Chadwick Lawrence in July 2025.

Sophie’s day-to-day work involves supporting SMEs and OMBs on a broad range of corporate matters, including acquisitions, disposals and general company law issues.

Outside of the office, Sophie enjoys staying active—whether that’s at the gym or a walk in the countryside—and is always on the lookout for her next travel destination.
