Four of Chadwick Lawrence’s Leaders shortlisted at the Yorkshire Leadership Awards

We are delighted to announce that Chadwick Lawrence has been shortlisted in four categories at the Yorkshire Leadership Awards 2026. The firm has been recognised across finance, HR, technology and company leadership, highlighting the depth, strength and breadth of our people-focused culture and its strategic growth as one of Yorkshire’s leading law firms.

The Yorkshire Leadership Awards celebrate the individuals’ driving businesses forward through innovation, vision and a commitment to developing others. This year’s ceremony will take place on 12^th March 2026.

These shortlisting’s reflect the dedication and impact of our colleagues who lead with integrity, collaboration and a strong focus on people.

Our Shortlisted Leaders

HR Leader – Lisa Bailey

As Head of People & Culture, Lisa has built and shaped the firm’s modern people strategy over her 17 years with Chadwick Lawrence. Her work has strengthened engagement, wellbeing and communication across all eight offices, embedding a people-first culture supported by new development programmes, inclusive initiatives and enhanced internal systems.

Technology Leader – Dan Bell

Dan has led a transformative period for our IT function, turning technology into a strategic driver for innovation and client experience. He has introduced major digital improvements, ranging from cloud solutions to streamlined onboarding processes, while ensuring security, resilience and strong support for colleagues across the firm.

Finance Leader – Paul Marshall

Paul has evolved the finance function through strong team development, clearer communication and improved processes. His leadership has enhanced accuracy, consistency and firmwide understanding of financial responsibilities. He has built a confident, well-supported team and strengthened financial operations that support colleagues at every level.

Company Leader (101+ Employees) – Neil Wilson

Since becoming Managing Partner, Neil has championed a leadership style centred on transparency, trust and empowerment. His vision has strengthened the firm’s culture, modernised our operations and supported growth across all practice areas. Neil’s focus on collaboration, communication and long-term development continues to shape the firm’s direction.
