ACCLAIM CREDIT MANAGEMENT AND RECOVERY FROM CHADWICK LAWRENCE ARE SHORTLISTED FOR YORKSHIRE LEGAL AWARD

Acclaim Credit Management and Recovery, part of Chadwick Lawrence, are thrilled to announce they have been shortlisted for the Debt Recovery Award at this year’s Yorkshire Legal Awards.

Chadwick Lawrence launched Acclaim in July 2019 and it has quickly established itself as the second largest team at the firm. Their shortlisting for the Debt Recovery Award is in recognition of the technology they use and the experience in other business areas.

The service stands out from competitors due to the technology they use and the new processes introduced to continuously improve their offering for customers and ensure the fee-earners are up to date in training.  For example, bespoke mobile apps have been developed for internal fee earner use and for clients so everyone is able to keep up to date on the stage of the case.

The shortlisting also recognises how the department has widened its expertise into the world of marketing, a non-fee earning but work related activity. The service launched with a standalone brand, its own LinkedIn business profile and Trust Pilot and Google reviews pages. A Search Engine Optimisation and pay per click strategy was also developed once the branch had launched.

The Yorkshire Legal Awards will take place virtually at 7pm on 15^th December exclusively on yorkshirelegalnews.co.uk and are organised by publishers of Leeds & Yorkshire Lawyer Magazine, Barker Brooks Communications. The regions legal community will celebrate a fantastic year of achievements across a range of firms and departments.
