Position:                 Assistants (from entry level) Residential Conveyancing

Location:                Various Sites

Responsible to:   Team Leader

Hours:                      Full time 37 ½ hours per week

Salary:                     Competitive – negotiable dependent on experience

Chadwick Lawrence is recruiting multiple assistant positions within the Conveyancing Department.

We are recruiting at all levels including Administration Assistants, Trainee Assistants, and Conveyancing Assistants with experience.

We are looking for hard working team players, who have a passion for client care, and those who are enthusiastic about working in a fast-paced environment. We are seeking candidates who are keen to learn and have a proven academic record. We have an excellent training programme to facilitate learning and career progression, so if you have a “can-do” positive attitude, and are open to a challenge, then we can give you the legal skills to succeed in this varied and rewarding role. Candidates will either know how to, or could be shown how to, work as part of a team and support our Conveyancers in everyday tasks such as dealing with general queries, assisting with completions, conducting searches, typing various letters, liaising with clients, solicitors, referrers and estate agents.

The successful applicant must be able to work on their own initiative and prioritise a busy workload.  Good communication skills are essential.  A working knowledge of SOS or other case management system is desirable but not essential.
