Position:                     Part time Telephonist

 Location:                    Huddersfield

 Responsible to:        The Reception Manager

 Hours:                         Part time – 22 ½ hours per week over 3 days, Wednesday Thursday & Friday

Salary:                         National Living Wage

About the role

Chadwick Lawrence is recruiting for a Telephonist to work as part of the team. Initially the role will be based at the Huddersfield office with a hybrid approach considered after successful induction and training.

Candidates must show a pro-active, professional, and friendly attitude and demonstrate the highest standards of customer care.  Excellent communication skills together with the ability to process calls quickly and efficiently are essential.  The telephone system used by the firm is 3CX for which training will be given.

Previous experience of working in a legal environment is desirable, but not essential.  Applicants must be computer literate with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Outlook.
