Skilled Worker Visas and Mistakes to Avoid

Nils O’Donoghue of Chadwick Lawrence’s Regulatory Team will be presenting a guide to skilled worker visas on 27 March 2024.

The presentation will take place via Teams, and will last approximately 40 minutes.  Nils will talk through what a “skilled worker” is, steps that you need to take in order to ascertain a skilled worker visa for a potential hire or existing employee, and mistakes to avoid.
