We are delighted to share that Chadwick Lawrence has been recognised for our progressive and inclusive workplace culture, following a successful awards season.

The firm was named Employer of the Year at the Mid Yorkshire Chamber Awards, reflecting our ongoing commitment to the well-being, growth, and development of our people. We were also runner up for the Diversity & Inclusion Award, recognising our efforts to champion diversity and inclusion across our workforce, client relationships, and community initiatives.

In addition, we are finalists for Best Small Organisation for Business Culture at the national Business Culture Awards, which celebrates leading business culture initiatives from organisations across the country. The awards ceremony will take place on 26 November in London.

Our commitment to creating a culture where people feel valued, supported, and motivated is reflected in our business performance. From 2024 to 2025, our turnover increased by 35% to £16.67 million, and in 2024 we were named one of the Sunday Times’ Best Places to Work.

Earlier this year, we were also shortlisted for five Yorkshire Legal Awards , covering categories such as Medium Law Firm of the Year, Corporate & Commercial, LawTech Initiative of the Year, Litigation & Dispute Resolution, and Debt Recovery. Beyond the region, we received national recognition at the British Wills & Probate Awards , shortlisted for Best Place to Work and Probate Provider – North & Midlands.
