Chadwick Lawrence Dispute Resolution Team Eggstravaganza
The Dispute Resolution team at Chadwick Lawrence recently donated towards the Eggstravaganza event at Leeds General Infirmary on the 12th April.
In the last twelve months, over 200,000 children have been admitted and treated within the Leeds Teaching Hospitals, including LGI.
The Dispute Resolution team wanted to support their local hospital and provide a bit of joy to the children who were unfortunately spending their Easter on the children’s ward.
Members of the department, including Rochelle Newson, Peter Harling, Sophie Clauge and Zoe Allen, met with some of the children who would be in hospital over the Easter weekend and the ward’s special guest, the Easter Bunny. They donated 60 eggs to for the children to enjoy, which had been collected by the whole Dispute Resolution team.
“As a team, we all have a bit of a sweet tooth.” Said Rochelle Newson, part of the Dispute Resolution Department at Chadwick Lawrence. “We decided to give up eating chocolate in the office, and instead donate the Easter Eggs we would have bought for ourselves to the Leeds Children’s Hospital Appeal. It was an excellent opportunity for us to bring chocolate and smiles to those who are not at home at Easter.”
