Chadwick Lawrence Begin New Year with Wave of Promotions
We have recently made some exciting internal changes, promoting several staff members within their team. We are known for a positive staff culture and internal learning initiatives – including a recently created Conveyancing Center of Learning
Staff members among those that have been recently promoted are; Sam Pawson and Jack Oldroyd to Partner, Aminder Panasar to Associate, Casey Robinson to Trainee Solicitor and Harvey Blake to Trainee Solicitor.
Sam Pawson is a specialist in Employment and Sports Law, whose current focus is upon the firms latest HR offering ‘Box HR’, a unique employment law support package that caters to companies of all sizes Sam can often be found presenting at Employment seminars on topics such as social media, unfair dismissal, discrimination and workplace banter. Sam is also one of the regions leading sports lawyers, with a reputation that precedes him in the industry. He acts for a selection of high profile sports clubs and has a particular affinity with Rugby League. Sam’s promotion to Partner comes at a time where he has been playing a significant role in shaping Chadwick Lawrence’s marketing and commercial development strategies and taking a lead in the firm’s seminar and events programme.
Jack Oldroyd is an Employment Law specialist and heads up the Employment Litigation service within the Employment Team. Jack represents both individuals and companies in the employment tribunal, including a number of the firm’s high profile commercial clients such as Kwik-Fit and Huddersfield Town. This encompasses a vast range of employment law issues from unfair dismissal and all aspects of discrimination to worker status and holiday pay claims. Jack also assists individuals in negotiating settlement packages when experiencing stressful work place disputes. Aside from Jack’s litigation services, Jack contributes towards the firm’s fantastic culture through the writing and delivery of bespoke training modules to Chadwick Lawrence’s trainees to enhance their development and progression within the firm.
Promoted recently to Associate in the Residential Conveyancing Team, Aminder Panasar began her time with Chadwick Lawrence as a paralegal in Personal Injury. Aminder progressed through the firm, and currently specialises in residential conveyancing, taking care of cases such as sales, purchase transfer of equity and remortgages in both leasehold and freehold properties.
Casey Robinson and Harvey Blake, both promoted to Trainee Solicitor, can be held as testament to the Chadwick Lawrence approach of internal improvement, development and training. Both Harvey (Employment Law) and Casey (Commercial Property) hope to continue to develop themselves through the Chadwick Lawrence environment and training initiatives to ensure a rounded skill set and that special Chadwick Lawrence personability that the firm is famed for.
As we continue to grow, more of our experienced staff can expect to be promoted and fast-tracked to their goals through ongoing training initiatives and an inward-facing process of staff selection.
