Chadwick Lawrence continues commitment to nurturing young talent

We are committed to training and growing careers of those recently qualified or looking to start their legal journey. With a number of team members having joined the firm as paralegals and now progressing their way to qualified solicitors and beyond.

In August this year, Chadwick Lawrence welcomed two new starters to the Leeds office, Jake Bedford, and Adam McKie. Jake joining as a Paralegal in the employment law department and Adam as a Paralegal in Corporate and Commercial team, both training to become fully qualified Solicitors.

Jake previously worked at another Leeds based firm within Employment Law but would now like to further develop his non-contentious experience in a commercially led setting. He is also currently undertaking his Legal Practice Course at the University of Law.

Adam graduated this year as a 1^st class law graduate and has worked in a variety of legal firms on placements both nationally and internationally. Joining the Chadwick Lawrence team he hopes to diversify his experience and learn from experienced partners and associates within the team.

Phoebe Gogarty also joined the Leeds office over the last year. Beginning her journey with Yorkshire’s Legal People in April 2018, Phoebe began as a trainee conveyancer at the Huddersfield office completing her training in Residential Conveyancing, Civil Litigation and Employment. Having now completed her training, she is as a qualified Solicitor in the Employment Law team in Leeds.
