Chadwick Lawrence shortlisted for British Conveyancing Award 2022
The team of 60 conveyancing specialists, operating out of the nine Chadwick Lawrence offices, are celebrating what will hopefully be the first award of many in 2022, as they are nominated for Innovation of the Year, at this Years British Conveyancing Awards.
This award recognises firms that can demonstrate how a new innovative project or product has positively impacted on the ability to do their job. This may be a business or operational improvement, implementation of technology or an innovation that can demonstrate a measurable improvement to the business.
Held at Church House, Westminster, London on Tuesday 15th March the awards celebrate outstanding firms and individuals, recognised by the panel of expert judges, and crowned The British Conveyancing Awards winners 2022.
Amanda Ambler, Operational Project Manager commented on the nomination: “Chadwick Lawrence continually seeks ways to future proof our business and bring a unique selling point to our services, whilst finding ways to simplify the client journey in the process. COVID-19 has accelerated our evolution in ways of working, resulting in less reliance on old fashioned paper-based methods and embracing agility and paper light/paperless approaches”.
Amanda continued, “The latest innovation from the firm is the InCase App – an interactive platform managing the conveyancing process end-to-end, and this has facilitated the clients’ ability to effectively self-service their own transaction, putting them in the driving seat and creating joint accountability for the progress of their matter. We are delighted that this innovative approach has been recognised with a British Conveyancing Award nomination, as well as the continued hard work and customer-centric approach of the conveyancing team”.
Neil Wilson, Managing Partner followed, “The App has delivered many benefits and its effectiveness continues to grow. In Conveyancing, productivity and efficiency has increased significantly; the frequency and length of calls and emails is reduced, and, in turn, this allows our team to plan work more successfully and with more precise time management. The App is by no-means a replacement for customer service, and this has certainly been reflective in our 5* Trust Pilot reviews. The award nomination further reinforces the point that our team are incredibly good at what they do, and I am immensely proud they have been recognised”.
