Yorkshire’s Legal People celebrate firm-wide promotions.

Chadwick Lawrence is pleased to announce the promotion of four of its team, to Associate. The title of Associate is given to colleagues in recognition for their continued contribution towards the growth of the firm, their hard work and dedication.  Diane Gilligan, Nicola Cooper, Simon Ingham and Daniel Krigers were awarded the promotion as of October 2014.

Diane Gilligan works in the Residential Dispute Resolution department as the team leader. She started at Chadwick Lawrence in 1997 and has over 15 years’ experience in dealing with dispute resolution matters.  Diane deals with all types of Residential Conveyancing and has a vast range of knowledge and experience in sales, purchases, re-mortgage work, equity release schemes, shared ownership and new build purchases.

Simon Ingham first qualified as a solicitor in Scotland, and has been employed by Chadwick Lawrence in its Property Department since the beginning of 2005.  He specialises in , probate, Inheritance Act and trust disputes.

Daniel Krigers started with the Firm in 2005, studying for a law degree and post-graduate diploma in legal practice on a part-time basis before qualifying as an employment law solicitor in 2012. Daniel advises a number of businesses and sports organisations on Employment Law matters, and manages a number of commercial relationships with sizeable businesses. Aside from day-to-day matters, Daniel has been a significant driver of the growth and development of the ESP department.

Nicola Cooper is based in the firm’s Corporate and Commercial Department and specialises in corporate mergers, acquisitions, restructures and corporate finance as well as dealing with shareholder and partnership agreements.
