Silver Award in Annual Investor in Customers Survey
We are proud to announce that Chadwick Lawrence has been awarded Silver in a widely recognised survey from Investor in Customers. As a firm, it is a vital part of our ethos to relentlessly pursue creating an exceptional experience for our clients, so we’re delighted to receive this recognition.
Investor in Customers use an in-depth survey, designed, and accredited by experts, to measure accurately the experience a business offers to its key stakeholders, customers, employees, management and an independent review, on four primary principles:
- Understanding customers’ needs
- Meeting customers’ needs
- Exceeding customers’ needs
- Creating customer loyalty.
It provides real and valuable insights into a company’s customer experience. There are Bronze, Silver, or Gold awards – and this year we’ve moved from Bronze to Silver. With ongoing support to improve the customer experience.
