Wills during a pandemic
In these challenging times our thoughts can turn to the question of our own mortality and what would happen if we die, would your estate pass to those you intend it to, would children be cared for and loved ones provided for. You can achieve peace of mind in this respect by having a professionally prepared Will in place to ensure that your assets are distributed as you intend and that guardians are appointed if you have minor children. In your Will you would appoint Executors who would be responsible for ensuring that the terms of your Will are carried out, gifts of specific items or legacies can be made and you are able to specify who would benefit from your assets.
Whilst our offices are currently closed to the public to protect both our visitors and staff, we are able to discuss your wishes by telephone, video call and email to prepare your Will, our experienced team are able to advise you on all aspects of making a Will to ensure that your wishes are carried out in the event of your death.
If you would like to discuss making a Will or reviewing a Will you have in place please contact our specialist Wills team on 0800 015 0340
