At the start of 2021, the Employment Team at Chadwick Lawrence embarked on a new initiative to publish a weekly legal briefing to clients and colleagues.
Every week we will look to comment, report and share guidance on the topical issues in the world of employment law, regulatory law and HR and all of this can be found here.

The challenges faced over the preceding year has meant that as a team we have adapted how we communicate with our clients, contacts and friends of the firm. The Monday Morning Dispatch will seek to continue this, and is our regular platform for sharing videos, blogs, and news articles. The primary intention of this bulletin is to be educational and informative. It is our hope therefore it can be shared far and wide with anyone who may find it helpful.

It is also the last opportunity to sign up to our webinar on part time workers which includes a demonstration of calculation of holiday for part time employees. We are hosting the event with our technological partners at Evalu-8 and the event will provide both a theoretical and a technical solution to those pesky holiday calculations....
