Whistleblowing and Subject Access Requests

Chadwick Lawrence will be presenting a webinar on what a whistleblowing claim is by considering the legal elements required and how to identify and mitigate such claims. The webinar will also focus on practical steps that employers can take to help reduce the risk of such claim.

Gross Misconduct and Disciplinary Procedure

Thursday 2nd December 2021, 11am – 12pm

Chadwick Lawrence will cover the legal requirements in establishing a fair dismissal on grounds of conduct as well as the ACAS Code of Practice on the disciplinary procedure to be followed when dealing with staff misconduct, including how to structure a disciplinary hearing.
